On Saturday June 27, 2015, come join us in Toronto as we run for the future of the world using Gang Gyok, a Tibetan running technique.
Meeting Place: Sunnyside Pavillion - 1755 Lake Shore Blvd West, by the water.
Time: Saturday June 27, 2015 @ 10:30AM
We shall start with Tibetan self-massage to warm up the body, followed by presencing meditation, gang gyok instructions, and a concluding meditation lead by Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga teacher Tsu-Ching Yu.

In celebration of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's 80th birthday:
Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will demonstrate Gang Gyok Tibetan Running Technique in Dharamsala, India with 500 runners from local Tibetan schools and communities in order to promote world health and happiness. This demonstration of the power and benefits of Gang Gyok is being made with the blessing of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
This event is dedicated to the long life of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and for the health and happiness of all sentient beings.
What is Gang Gyok?
Gang Gyok (literally: fast feet) is a powerful method creating endless energy and vitality for running and walking!
This ancient Tibetan practice works all dimensions of the mind, breath, and body, cultivating mindfulness, inner warmth, and overall vibrant health. It is one of many Tibetan Movement practices Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche teaches to improve our physical & mental well-being, making us happier & healthier!
